ZS series lamination screening is applied for continuous screening of powder and inhomogeneous granules in such trades as pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff etc..
Working Principle:
This machine is comprised of hopper,vibrating chamber, coupling and motor etc., The vibrating chamber is composed by eccentric wheel,rubber part, spindle and bearing etc.. when the eccentric weight is conveyed to the centerline of spindle by motor driving ,it generates centrifugal force under unbalanced state ,by which, material is forced to form regular eddy inside, and the amplitude of the weight adjuster can be regulated according to different materials and screens . The whole machine features with compact structure, no dust flying, low noise, high output, low energy consumption and convenient move and maintenance.

 Main Application :
Designed and modified by importing the advanced foreign technology and in combination with GMP standard, this machine is widely used for grading and screening of industrial raw materials in such trades as pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff,metallurgy and electronics etc..
Working Principle:
This machine is comprised of screen box. The vibrating source and damper, the vibrating frame and screen box are connected with 4-12 group soft rubber dampers fixed up and down, and the centrifugal force is generated therein. The floating amplitude id controlled by the damper, by which, material realizes a process of throw and lamination filtration downward, and therefore reaching the optimized grading and screening effect.

Working Principle:
The material is fed into the screen box by a screw conveyor, and the continuous rotation of the vane pushes the material forward, with the fine material is falling from the screen, and the coarse material further advanced and discharged from the coarse se port, and thus reaching the ideal screening effect.

| ZKS Vacuum Conveyor |
Main Application :
The vacuum conveyor is new product which is developed by absorbing the similar product from abroad. At present, it is the idea feeding equipment which is used for transporting the powder material, granular material and powder & granular material or feeding the material directly into the mixer. It highly reduces the man power and solves outflow of powder etc. It has GMP certificated which is widely used in the pharmacy, foodstuff industry.
Working Principle:
The vacuum conveyor is comprised of vacuum (no oil, no water), feeding tube, PE filter, vacuum hopper, automatic control device, pneumatic discharging device and compress air device, etc.
Remark: ZKS-5, ZKS-6 is the new developed product from 2004, the characteristic is low power, big capacity, low noise, long using time. It is the idea feeding equipment for the mixer.
